Problems during installation of MobiGater in Windows Vista and Windows 7
In some case to ensure operation of MobiGater application in Windows Vista and Windows 7 operating systems you have to use these recommendations:
NB! The device should not be connected to your computer!!! Skype must be installed and connected to the Internet!
- Install MobiGater driver
- Install MobiGater software
- Install MobiGater UART driver.
- Connect MobiGater device to your computer.
During the installation You will see the notification that the driver is not certified. You must confirm using the driver.
Now, if you use Windows Vista, MobiGater should work normally.
Only for Windows 7 users! The device will not work because your audio driver is not installed correctly. To fix it, follow these steps:
- Open Your Device Manager by clicking Start > right clicking on Computer > Device Manager
- Select Sound, Video and Game controllers > USB PnP Sound Device
- Right click on USB PnP Sound Device > Update driver software...
- Browse my computer for driver software....
- Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer
- (Have Disk...)
- Copy manufacturer's files from: C:\Windows\inf > Нажать (ОК)
- Select C-Media audio device... Click (next) and finish installation.
- Run MobiGater application.
